Fake News: CNN Frightened by Its Own Trump-Biden Poll

The leaders in fake news discovered an inconvenient truth in a recent presidential poll. Now, CNN would like to bury the fact that even its left-leaning data shows President Donald Trump wiping the electoral map with former Vice President Joe Biden.

In a day when establishment media outlets were cornered into admitting that President Trump enjoys his highest approval ratings since Election Day, CNN made the calculated decision to bury its very own, liberal-leaning poll behind the likes of articles about grocery prices, odd COVID-19 symptoms, surfers drowning, and a Target brawl over masks. Beneath all these must-read articles, was a headline that read: “CNN Poll: Biden tops Trump Nationwide, but battlegrounds tilt Trump. “

The propaganda wing of the Democratic Party then went on to undermine its own research stating that, “Given the small sample size in that subset of voters, it is difficult to determine with certainty whether the movement is significant or a fluke of random sampling.”

It seems a tad out of character for credible journalists to publish data and then skewer their own facts as untrustworthy. Let’s face it, CNN had no trouble trotting out the likes of porn actress Stormy Daniels’ porn lawyer Michael Avenatti as entirely credible. Even after the convicted felon lost his court bid against President Trump, CNN published no retraction that comes to mind.

Now that Obama-era cronies such as James Comey, CIA Director John Brennan, Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, got caught in the illegal unmasking of General Michael Flynn, CNN isn’t undermining their credibility. Nor is the anti-Trump outlet coming clean that these same nefarious individuals privately acknowledge the Russian collusion probe was a hoax. But the fake news outlet appears so terrified that Sleazy Joe is about to get beaten worse than Hillary, its decision-makers are calling themselves incompetent pollsters.

After hardcore Democrats were enraged about the poll, CNN pivoted and offered snowflakes a more palatable option. The fake news media outlet retooled the same survey and ran it under a banner that read: “CNN Poll: Negative ratings for government handling of coronavirus persist.”

The data offered CNN an out because its audience handed Biden a coronavirus approval rating of 51 over President Trump’s 45. Biden has been hiding in his basement and releasing heavily edited YouTube videos. The larger problems for CNN are the facts about this poll.

A sample of 1,112 adults, that included 583 battleground state voters, meets the typical standards. The 15 battleground states are those that were won or lost in 2016 by 8 points or fewer. These include Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Wisconsin. If the election were held today, Biden would likely win the national popular vote, just like Hillary Clinton did in 2016. But in terms of winning electoral college votes, President Trump wins every battleground state by about 7 points, plus traditional Republican-leaning states.

What scares the daylights out of liberals this go-round is that Trump has earned majority confidence in Virginia, Minnesota, New Mexico, Colorado, New Hampshire, Maine, and Nevada, he didn’t enjoy four years ago. The 2020 election looks like a landslide victory for the Trump-Pence ticket — and that’s CNN talking, not us.
