Pedophile Joseph Gobrick Identifies as 8-year-Old Girl

A 45-year-old Michigan man recently attempted to identify as an eight-year-old girl in order to convince a judge to give him a lighter sentence for consuming child pornography.

Conservatives have long sounded the alarm that it would only be a matter of time before a pedophile male tried to excuse his crime by identifying as female. It’s now happened as Joseph Gobrick attempted to convince the judge earlier this month that he should be allowed to go free because of his gender and age identity.

Gobrick stated that the horrific images in his possession, including images depicting the violent sexual abuse of infants and small children, should remain in his possession because they constituted “freedom of speech.”

Thankfully, Grand Rapids Judge Paul Denenfeld didn’t fall for Mr. Gobrick’s bizarre excuse, and sentenced him to up to 20 years in prison. Unfortunately, in today’s gender-bending era, one can’t always count on sensible judicial officials. The fact that this defense could be employed in the first place signals that it’s only a matter of time before other pedophiles try to use the transgender agenda to justify their own crimes.

The big problem with self-identification is that it can’t be proven true or false based on basic scientific facts. The transgender community outright rejects these facts as bigoted. That means that, if any man identifies himself as female, he has to automatically be accepted as female. This so-called right has absolutely decimated the rights of women across the nation.

Those who believe that that abused, heterosexual women shouldn’t be housed with big hairy men are being criticized for discrimination, accused of normalizing violence against transgender women and even accused of murdering them outright.

Democratic presidential candidate and Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren is pushing to allow transgender women into women’s prisons even if these so-called “women” haven’t had gender reassignment operations. The move would almost certainly put incarcerated cisgender women in imminent danger of being assaulted and raped in their own cells, without any way to get relief.

This agenda has impacted everyone in the nation. Young female student athletes have already experienced this firsthand as transgender women shove their way into women’s sports, win athletic competitions with ease, and in some cases even publicly denigrate the real women they compete against. To make matters worse, transgender athletes then make off with the scholarship funding that should have gone to actual women.

Joseph Gobrick’s case should alarm even transgender men and women who think that switching genders is a right that should automatically allow them access into spaces reserved for members of the opposite sex. If any one person can determine his or her gender, then it stands to reason that other biological traits such as age and skin color are also up in the air. After all, if a man can feel like he’s a woman, why can’t he also feel like he’s a child? Can a white person feel like a black person — and so claim scholarship funding solely reserved for African-Americans?

Gender is not a matter of opinion. It’s a scientific fact based on chromosomes and body parts. Sadly, common sense is in short supply these days, which is why a perverted old man who daydreams about assaulting babies can employ a defense like this.
