Doctor FIRED for Saying Hydroxychloroquine WORKS

Dr. Simone Gold, the founder of America’s Frontline Doctors, a board-certified emergency room physician who appeared in the hydroxychloroquine controversial viral video, has been fired from her job due to her appearance.

Tech platforms across the country hustled last week to delete a video made by seven doctors who say they their frontline knowledge and experience treating patients during the COVID-19 pandemic contradicts the guidance of U.S. public health experts, while President Trump and political allies want the American people to see the doctors’ testimony to the drug’s success.

The video in question was made by America’s Frontline Doctors and has been viewed by millions of people on social media. The video shows the group’s founder, Dr. Simone Gold along with a group of doctors that are all for the use of hydroxychloroquine to treat COVID-19, despite warnings from public health authorities. America’s Frontline Doctors were giving the benefits of hydroxychloroquine as a cure for COVID-19, and disputed the news that it did not work and actually causes increased risks.

“These are the doctors diagnosing, treating and helping patients beat COVID-19,” said Jenny Beth Martin – co-founder of Tea Party Patriots, a pro-Trump conservative group that helped organize the event – during the news conference.

The hydroxychloroquine video was a 45-minute live stream that included footage from the first day of a “White Coat” summit by the group. It was posted to all of the popular social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter and YouTube by Breitbart and quickly went viral. After almost 17 million views on Facebook, the video was censored by social media companies because they considered it to be misinformation.

Dr. Gold, an Emergency Medicine Specialist in Los Angeles, started the conference for the video by saying, “we’re here because we feel as though the American people have not heard from all the expertise that’s out there, all across our country…We’re America’s frontline doctors, we’re here only to help American patients, and the American nation.”

It was clear that even FOX News understood that the issue at hand was political when their anchor said, “some of those views were optimistic—that would hurt the Joe Biden for president campaign. And so, they pulled it off the Internet and banned anyone from sharing it. Dr. Simone Gold was in that video…she was censored. But more than that, she was fired from her job, apparently for appearing in that video.”

The anchor questioned Dr. Gold about her firing, “I’m interested in what their justification was; you’re a doctor treating patients in an emergency room. What does a video have to do with your work?”

Dr. Gold replied, “Of course it has nothing to do with my work…We’re seeing the doctor-patient relationship being completely eroded…governors are empowering pharmacies to overrule doctors who have conversations with their patients.”

The controversy over using hydroxychloroquine for COVID-19 seems to be more of a political issue than a medical one, which isn’t too surprising, as the radical Left will do anything to attempt to cause Trump to lose the election.
