Trump: Biden Will “Destroy the Suburbs” if Elected

President Donald Trump has been busy coping with the health and financial issues triggered by the Covid-19 pandemic, but he took time to address some concerns about a Joe Biden presidency this week.

Former Vice President Joe Biden is the presumed candidate for the Democratic Party, but recent concerns about his mental well being and possible dementia have already begun circulating.

While President Trump has mentioned the mental fitness in the past (and even posted the results of his own mental fitness tests), this is the first time he has pointed out the effect a Biden presidency could have on our way of life.

During a speech about deregulation, the president took a moment to address a new initiative by Biden and former rival Bernie Sanders. The duo have been working together to create a platform for a progressive takeover of the White House. Dubbed the “Unity Platform,” the plans have been assembled by both campaign teams. And while they do not go as far to the left as a pure Sanders platform would, they would make Biden the most far-left President since FDR — in Sanders’ own words.

Their plans include everything from a healthcare overhaul to infrastructure, as well as adopting the infamous Green New Deal penned by leftist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

“The American dream would be quickly snuffed out and replaced by a socialist nightmare,” Trump said. “The end result will be to totally destroy the beautiful suburbs.”

President Trump heavily criticized the Unity Platform, calling out its plans for healthcare, national security, the environment and borders. He pointed out that some of the desired changes could wipe out tthe location a majority of conservative Americans live — the suburbs.

“Suburbia will be no longer as we know it,” Trump said. “They’re going to watch it go to hell. Not while I am here.”

The President mentioned both crime and the reoccurring cries to dismantle and disband police forces across the country. While this sloganeering has been popular in the inner cities, suburbanites aren’t terribly fond of it.

Another Unity Platform item that could potentially harm or forever change the suburbs is a housing component designed to force communities to accept multiunit dwellings. This could potentially harm real estate values in the very communities the housing force is targeting.

Joe Biden may have billed himself as a “moderate” early on to simply coast through the brutal Democratic primary season. But now, the gloves are off. Americans simply cannot afford a presidency where radicals are allowed to run roughshod over everything.
