Dr. Jordan Peterson is one of the leading voices in the crusade to end identity politics and political correctness, and he’s driving the left absolutely insane because of it.
Peterson’s notoriety shot up recently with the release of his book 12 Rules for Life, a self-help work which strives to help young people become more independent. As a result, he has been chastised for catering too heavily to “young angry white males” — a charge Peterson addressed directly in his interview with Ben Shapiro over the weekend.
The interview was part of a new segment in the Daily Wire’s programming, which will focus on in-depth discussions with conservative thought leaders like Peterson. Shapiro’s first question dealt with Peterson’s new fame, and what the radical left has had to do with it.
According to Peterson, the left is completely ignoring its stated principles when it slanders him for resonating with a particular demographic — namely white men. The clinical psychologist went on to explain that this line if criticism stem’s from the radical left’s tendency to think completely within the parameters of identity.
